Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Droksid (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a group, community, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Droksid, or older if the laws of your country require a higher minimum age to consent to the processing of personal data. If you are under the age required to consent in your jurisdiction, you may not use the Service. By using Droksid you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

You can sign in with email or through Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@droksid.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for keeping the information associated with your account accurate.

You agree not to use Droksid to:

• break the law, or violate the rights (including privacy and intellectual-property rights) of others;
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other people, or promote hate or violence against them;
• upload or share content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise seriously harmful;
• distribute malware, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service, including its voice, messaging, or notification systems;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — including messages in channels and direct messages, files and attachments, avatars, and the servers and spaces you set up (“User Content”). You grant Droksid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your User Content only as needed to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you and the people you share it with.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it. We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and this license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for copies retained for backups or where required by law.

Droksid has platform administrators who may moderate content and accounts to keep the Service safe. For security and abuse prevention, administrators may review account sessions and approximate locations, force a logout, reset a password, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or its users.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create risk or liability for us or others.

Droksid is operated by an individual and is offered on an ongoing but best-effort basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be preserved without loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droksid and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of residence [governing-law jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
